Coverstrip1 - makes a single coverstrip item plus surrounding table. Use like template:coverstrip

Example invocation:
{{coverstrip1 |number=528 |title=The Bilderberg Group |subtitle=Conspiracies & The Fiction of Government Power }}


The optional narrow=1 stops it fill the space available. 

Should really add a 'size' parameter to control image size.
