Download Hour1 Download Hour2First, a talk by former UN sanctions administrator in Iraq, Dennis Halliday who resigned his post in protest against the conditions imposed on the Iraqi people following the 1991 war. Then, Fred Wilcox of Ithaca College will comment on his agreements and disagreements with Halliday's analysis.
