In our first hour, we look at some of the worldviews held by the proponents of the New World Order - Naomi Klein talks about "brand cocoons", "corporate soul", "cool hunting" and why this has spurred a student movement against global capitalism. Then we hear excerpts from a member of the Trilateral Commission analyze what he calls the "backlash against globalization". We conclude with a report on a federal intelligence network aimed at anti-globalization activists. In our second hour, we present 2 documentaries on the effect of the WTO in Central America, and these make it pretty clear why so many are fighting globalization with such energy and commitment.
