John Pilger

John Pilger has had a long and celebrated career, producing many documentary films which expose malfeasance at the highest levels. These often win prizes but are generally not carried by commercial media. He is forthright in his denuciation of the hypocrisy of the powerful. For example, "If those who support aggressive war had seen a fraction of what I've seen, if they'd watched children fry to death from Napalm and bleed to death from a cluster bomb, they might not utter the claptrap they do."
